Do I Need an Appointment to Sell My Diabetic Supplies?
It is recommended that you book an appointment before coming in, but it is not required. We have customers who walk-in, but in order to avoid having to wait, it's best to message us to book an appointment.
How Fast Do I Get Paid for My Diabetic Supplies?
You get paid immediately - before you leave our office. Generally, it takes 5 to 10 minutes to inspect the supplies, and after inspection, we pay you on the spot for your diabetic supplies.
How Do I Get Paid?
You can get paid for your supplies via cash when you come in to sell. We can also pay you via online methods like zelle, paypal, venmo, etc if you prefer that over physical cash.
Do You Buy Damaged Supplies?
We look at damaged supplies on a case-by-case basis. We may or may not be able to buy it depending on exactly what you have. However, we prefer the supplies in mint condition. We also buy supplies with little dents although we consider that in the price.
