What disqualifies a box
- The vial or box has been opened.
- The strips are expired or close to expiring.
- The box shows water damage, staining or heat exposure.
- The packaging is repackaged or relabeled in a way that cannot be verified.
Meters count too
New, unopened glucose meters and pharmacy starter kits are also eligible. If you have both strips and a meter, bring them in the same visit.
