Yes. Bring everything you have in one trip — different brands, sensors, pods and strips are all inspected and quoted together.

How fast do I get paid for my diabetic supplies?

You get paid immediately — before you leave our office. Generally it takes 5 to 10 minutes to inspect the supplies, and after inspection we pay you on the spot.

You can get paid via cash when you come in to sell. We can also pay you via online methods like Zelle, PayPal or Venmo if you prefer that over physical cash.

What each step actually looks like

Tell us what you have
Send your product details through the Sell Your Supplies form or call the office. We need the brand and product name, the quantity, and the expiration date printed on each sealed box.
Photos are the fastest route. One clear shot of the box front and one of the expiration date is usually all we need.

Receive your quote and instructions
We confirm which items are eligible and what we can offer for them. If something on your list is not on our current buy list, we will say so up front so you are not carrying it in for nothing.
At that point you can book a time or simply plan to walk in during business hours.

Bring the items to our Louisville office
Our office is at 3418 Frankfort Ave, Suite 365, Louisville, KY 40207. Bring the sealed boxes themselves — the outer shipping carton is not needed.
If you have items from several brands, bring them all in the same trip so everything is quoted together.

We inspect everything with you
Inspection normally takes five to ten minutes. We check seals, packaging condition and expiration dates, and we explain what we are looking at as we go.
Nothing is decided behind a counter you cannot see.

Get paid on the spot
Once the inspection is finished, you are paid before you leave. Cash is the default, and we can also send payment by Zelle, PayPal or Venmo while you are standing there.
If you do not like the offer on a particular item, take it home. There is no obligation.
