These terms apply to your use of this website and to inquiries you send to Bluegrass Buybacks. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

Quotes are estimates

Any quote we provide before seeing an item in person is an estimate based on the information you give us. Final offers are made after we inspect the physical items at our office, and they can differ if packaging, sealing or expiration dates do not match what was described.

Offers reflect current demand and can change over time. We do not publish a public price list.

Items we purchase

We only purchase items that are factory sealed, unexpired, in original manufacturer packaging and stored under normal conditions. We may decline any item at our discretion.

You confirm that the items you offer are lawfully yours to sell, that they are surplus to your own needs, and that they have not been altered, tampered with or improperly stored.
