Start by telling us what you have — submit your product details through our Sell Your Supplies form or call the office. We confirm what we can buy, you bring the eligible items to our Louisville office, we inspect them with you, and you get paid on the spot.

Do I need an appointment to sell my diabetic supplies?

It is recommended that you book an appointment before coming in, but it is not required. We have customers who walk in, but booking ahead means you will not wait behind another inspection.

Can I bring multiple products at once?

Yes. Bring everything you have in one trip — different brands, sensors, pods and strips are all inspected and quoted together.

Do I have to sell everything I bring in?

No. You can decline any offer and take your supplies home. There is no obligation.

What diabetic supplies do you buy?

We buy Dexcom, Omnipod, FreeStyle Libre, Accu-Chek, Medtronic and Contour items, plus sealed diabetic test strips and unopened glucose meters. If you have something not listed, reach out and ask.

Do you buy items that are not on your list?

Often, yes. Our buy list shifts with demand, so send a photo of anything you are unsure about and we will tell you whether we can purchase it.

Do products need to be unopened?

Yes. We buy sealed, unexpired supplies in their original manufacturer packaging.

Do you buy expired supplies?

No. Supplies need to be unexpired, and items with very short dating are usually not eligible. Send us your expiration dates before visiting.

We look at damaged supplies on a case-by-case basis. We may or may not be able to buy them depending on exactly what you have. We prefer supplies in mint condition, and we do buy supplies with little dents although we consider that in the price.

Why don't you publish prices on the website?

Offers depend on the specific item, its packaging and how much dating is left, and those factors change over time. Submitting your products gets you a current number rather than an outdated one.

How fast do I get paid for my diabetic supplies?

You get paid immediately — before you leave our office. Generally it takes 5 to 10 minutes to inspect the supplies, and after inspection we pay you on the spot.

How do I get paid?

You can get paid via cash when you come in to sell. We can also pay you via online methods like Zelle, PayPal or Venmo if you prefer that over physical cash.
