A little preparation makes a visit go quickly and helps us give you an accurate quote before you drive over. None of this is complicated — it mostly comes down to sorting and photographs.
1. Separate sealed from opened
Only sealed, unexpired items can be purchased. Set opened boxes aside so they do not slow down the inspection.
2. Check every expiration date
Write down the earliest and latest dates in your stack. Short-dated items are often ineligible, and knowing this in advance avoids a wasted trip.
3. Group by brand and product
Put all Dexcom together, all Libre together, all strips together. Counting is faster and quoting is more accurate.
4. Photograph the labels
- One photo per product type showing the front of the box.
- A close-up of the expiration date and REF or lot number.
- A wider shot showing how many boxes you have.
5. Protect the packaging
Do not stack heavy items on the boxes, do not tear at pharmacy labels, and keep everything at room temperature until your visit.
6. Send it in and book your visit
Submit your photos and list through our quote form. Once we confirm what is eligible, bring the items to our Louisville office and get paid the same visit.
